Start with a fixed-price technical review of the product you already have. You receive a written assessment you can use with your own team or another delivery partner, with no commitment to a build or ongoing operations.

How the evaluation works

Show us the application, who will use it and what you want to release. We agree the review scope, fixed price, delivery date and the repository and environment access required, including when that access will be removed.

You receive the written assessment on the agreed date, including whether the product is already close to ready and the recommended next steps. Any engineering, performance testing or independent penetration testing is scoped separately, with estimates approved before work begins.

  3. Prove it, release it and learn

    We review the results with you and sign off the release against its acceptance criteria. Before the first production release, independent security testing covers the agreed systems, with findings addressed and evidence reviewed. Frequently asked questions

Is this only for products we sell?

No. We help make both customer products and internal applications production ready and supportable. We start with what you have built and what you need it to do.

Does our application need to contain AI?

No. Using Claude, Cursor or Lovable to build an application does not mean it uses AI at runtime. We assess the application you have and include AI-specific evaluation only where it applies.

Do we have to be on AWS?

No. Transformation is about your product, not a cloud. We are deep AWS engineers and that shows in the infrastructure work, but the evaluation, re-engineering and testing apply wherever you run today.

Who owns the IP?

Ownership of the work we create is set out in your agreement. We identify third-party components, services and licence conditions so you understand what you own and what you depend on.

Can you help if the app was built with Lovable, Cursor, Replit or Bolt?

Yes. The tool is less important than the code, architecture, data model and operating risk underneath. We evaluate what exists, then decide what is safe to keep and what needs to be rebuilt for production.

Do you always rebuild from scratch?

No. A full rebuild is rarely the best first answer. If the prototype has a sound foundation, we keep it and focus effort on the parts that create customer, security or scale risk.

Can you take over from another builder?

Yes. We can take over cleanly from another team or supplier. That usually means repository control, access hygiene, build and release pipelines, release discipline and a clear technical baseline before new build work starts.

What does the evaluation give us?

A standalone written assessment of your code, architecture, AI dependencies, ownership, security exposure and scale readiness, with prioritised recommendations. The evaluation is a fixed-price engagement. You can take the findings to your own team or another delivery partner; any subsequent build and testing are scoped separately.

How do you prove it is production ready?

We prove the real user journey, not just the infrastructure. That includes agreed performance targets, realistic datasets, independent penetration testing scoped to the systems delivered, launch checklists and incident readiness.

What happens after launch?
