Run AI in your AWS accounts.

Agents, guardrails and MLOps pipelines we build inside your tenancy, not ours. Operated as an always-on managed service or delivered as a scoped engagement with full handover.

base2Services is ISO 27001 certified, with governance, evidence and operational controls built into the way we deliver AI on AWS.

Frequently asked questions

What is managed AI operations on AWS?

Managed AI operations on AWS is the ongoing platform, guardrail, monitoring and evidence work needed to run agents, models and AI data pipelines in your AWS accounts.

How do I choose between managed AI services and a consulting engagement?

AI Factory is a managed AWS operations layer with guardrails, evidence and fixed monthly fees. Consulting engagements are scoped pieces of work with a clear handover at the end.

Where does our data sit?

In your AWS accounts. You own the infrastructure, the models and the data.

Does our data get used to train public AI models?

No, not when the workload is designed through the AI Factory pattern and routed through services such as Amazon Bedrock where appropriate. We still add the internal AWS controls Bedrock does not replace: IAM, masking, guardrails, logging and evidence.

How do you handle ISO 27001 and CPS 234?

ISO 27001 certified. Evidence packs export from the AI Factory for audit, and consulting engagements include a governance review.

What is your approach to AI safety and guardrails?

Guardrails run at the platform layer for managed customers and are baked into the build for consulting engagements. See the Guardrails page for the control list.

How quickly can we start?

Consulting within two weeks. AI Factory can move the first agent or model into production in days when the security and governance foundation is already handled.

Who owns the output?

You do. All code, models, prompts and evidence stay in your AWS account and your Git.
