The staging site is now much stronger for both SEO and AEO. The main message is clearer, the AI pages have answerable FAQ content, and the proof blocks are doing real work.
The biggest remaining gap is machine-readable consistency, especially homepage v6 schema and a few long meta descriptions.
| Priority | Area | SEO / AEO Issue | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|---|
| P0 | Homepage v6 schema | Schema should stay aligned to the tighter visible copy and avoid broad compliance claims. | Keep v6 organisation schema around AWS platform operations for SaaS, ISVs and regulated software teams, ISO 27001 certified controls, APRA CPS 234 alignment, AI Factory, and 24/7 operations. |
| P0 | Homepage v6 meta | Meta description is too long and less sharp than the hero. | Target: AWS platform operations for SaaS, ISVs and regulated software teams. Control cost, reliability, scale, security and risk with ISO 27001 certified support. |
| P1 | Platform Engineering | Strong page, but title/meta are long. Also no FAQ schema despite visible FAQs. | Shorten metadata and add FAQ schema for platform engineering questions. |
| P1 | Security / Compliance | Strong intent page, but some metadata still leans into broad "compliance" language. | Keep ISO 27001 clear, but use audit evidence, framework alignment, risk management, security controls, not blanket compliance. |
| P1 | AI hub / AI Factory | Much improved. Strong AEO now. | Keep Bedrock as supporting infrastructure, not the headline. The core message should remain data boundary, public model training risk, guardrails and AWS tenancy. |
| P2 | Comparison intent | You have strong proof but few comparison pages. | Consider future pages like base2Services vs managed cloud provider, AI Factory vs AI consulting, Platform Engineering vs DevOps outsourcing. |

AWS compliance management, ISO 27001 AWS, CPS 234 AWS, AWS audit evidence, PCI DSS AWS | "How do we prepare AWS evidence for audit?", "How do ISO 27001 controls work on AWS?" | Strong regulated buyer relevance. | Carefully avoid suggesting base2 makes the customer automatically compliant. |
/aws-cost-reliability-review/ |
AWS cost review, AWS bill optimization, AWS cost and reliability review, FinOps AWS | "Why is our AWS bill increasing?", "How do we reduce AWS cost without breaking reliability?" | Clear pain point and partner angle with North.Cloud. | Meta description is long. Could add FAQ schema if absent. |
/consulting/services/cloud-migration/ |

AI on AWS, managed AI operations, AI consulting AWS, AI guardrails AWS, production AI AWS | "How do we run AI inside our AWS account?", "Does our data train public AI models?" | Much stronger after recent work. Good AEO direction. | Add proof or customer outcome on hub eventually; AI Factory has proof but hub does not. |

AI Factory AWS, managed AI operations AWS, AI operations layer, secure AI on AWS | "What is base2's AI Factory?", "How does AI Factory keep data out of public models?" | Strong AEO, strong pain point, DingGo proof. | Excellent page now. Keep refining only if conversion data shows friction. |

AWS financial services, CPS 234 AWS, PCI AWS, AWS audit evidence finance | "How do finance teams run AWS with audit evidence?", "How do we align AWS to CPS 234?" | Strong regulated buyer page. | Remove or soften any remaining "move faster" style language if present. Finance wants control. |
