Our Approach
We approach the build process by setting a 2 day workshop with your change management, development and quality teams to establish the workflow required in your business.
We then work closely with the development team to understand the problems they have in preparing code basis for environment deployments. A fundamental problem here is often the lack of standardised environments.
We then go about standardising the development environment, building the deployment scripts and advising on any necessary environment changes that should be considered.
FInally, we work closely with the quality team to introduce automation testing, reducing the time to deploy to production.
