base2Services also presented at the Javaone 2009 Conference (the worlds largest Java conference) on search technologies, its use and growing trends.
base2Services has developed a solution to improve the alert capabilities for email and sms alerts. Our focus on this solution has come from the evident failure of commercial search engine products to deliver the service levels required by organisations with a large number of consumers and alertable documents. The concepts behind this solution use complex algorithms to perform a reverse search. Currently in use 2 clients, Service Levels are met and have surpassed the clients expectations.
Our search experience is in the use of products like FAST, Lucene and Hibernate Search.
